Credits are the single currency across Sales Pro AI. Grading a call costs 1 credit. Running a voice training drill costs 2 credits. Everything else — dashboards, leaderboards, adaptive queue updates, Academy progress tracking — is free. Your plan gives you a monthly credit allocation that resets each billing cycle. Once those are exhausted, your top-up credits kick in automatically. Top-up credits never expire.

Correct. Starter, Pro, and Scale all include unlimited reps on a shared credit pool. Add your entire team — every rep, every manager, every admin — and your plan price stays exactly the same. We charge for activity, not headcount.

The system checks your credit balance before every drill or grading request. If your balance is zero, the action is blocked and you see a prompt to top up or upgrade. You're never silently charged — the system always asks first.

Audio upload errors, AI timeouts, and malformed CRM call payloads do not consume credits. Credits only deduct when a session or grading run completes successfully. Calls under 30 seconds are treated as test uploads and are always free.

Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at 20% off. Credits still allocate monthly — you don't receive 12x credits upfront. If you cancel mid-year, we refund pro-rated unused months minus a 10% admin fee.
