2. Service Description
Sales Pro AI provides AI-powered sales coaching, call grading, and training tools. Features and credit allowances are defined by your subscription plan.
3. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Billing & Credits
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Purchased overage credits never expire. Refunds are governed by your plan terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Sales Pro AI for illegal purposes, to infringe on others' rights, or to upload content you do not have permission to process.
6. Intellectual Property
All Sales Pro AI software, models, and content are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your call recordings and training data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sales Pro AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
